DIY Kits: Pre-engineered media wall panel kits shipped to customers nationwide. DIY kit purchases are subject to our purchase and shipping terms outlined below.

Media Walls USA is fully licensed and insured for residential interior construction in the State of California. We comply with all applicable building codes and regulations.

6. DIY Kits — Orders & Shipping

When ordering a DIY kit:

• All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
• We ship to all 50 states via standard freight or parcel carriers
• Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
• You are responsible for verifying your order details before submission
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence

We are not responsible for installation errors, property damage, or injury resulting from improper installation of DIY kit products. DIY kits are intended for customers with basic carpentry skills and appropriate tools.
