Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all DIY media wall kit orders placed through The Media Wall Store. By placing an order, you agree to the processing times, shipping methods, and delivery terms outlined below. White-glove installation projects are governed separately by your signed service agreement.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-cut or made-to-order panels may require 5–10 business days before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Smaller orders (samples, hardware, accessories) typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground. Full panel kits ship as LTL freight via our preferred freight partners due to size and weight.

All freight shipments include curbside delivery by default. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18+ must be present to sign for and inspect freight deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Estimated ranges:

  • Samples & small accessories: $8–$25 flat rate
  • Hardware kits: $15–$45
  • Full panel kits (LTL freight): $150–$650 depending on size and destination

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows after shipment:

  • Standard ground (small parcels): 3–7 business days
  • LTL freight (continental U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • Remote or rural destinations: add 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional freight surcharges and longer transit times. We do not currently ship internationally.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot accept freight deliveries — please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. For freight shipments, the carrier will also contact you directly by phone to schedule delivery.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect every package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, photograph it before signing and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. This is critical for processing freight damage claims.

Report any damage or shortages to shop@themediawallstore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we will help open a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes & Cancellations

We are able to modify shipping addresses or cancel orders only before they have entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, address changes will incur a carrier intercept fee, and cancellations are no longer possible.
