Free On-Site Design Visit
We come to your home in San Francisco or Alameda County for laser-accurate measurements and a design consultation. We review finish options, fireplace placement, shelf layout, and accessories. This visit is completely free with no obligation.
Your Free 3D Design Render
Using your exact wall measurements and design selections, we produce a photorealistic 3D render of your finished media wall. You see exactly what it will look like before we build a single panel. Revisions are included until you're happy.
Installation Day — 1 to 5 Days
Our licensed installation team arrives on the agreed date and builds your media wall from start to finish. Timeline depends on the scope of your project — most standard walls are complete in 1–2 days, larger or more complex builds up to 5 days. We handle everything including cleanup. You come home to a finished wall.

How It Works — FAQ
Can I get a custom install if I'm outside San Francisco or Alameda County?
Currently our white-glove installation service is available exclusively in San Francisco and Alameda County. If you're outside our local service area, our DIY kit program ships nationwide and uses the same premium panel materials as our custom builds.
How accurate is the 3D design render?
Our 3D renders are produced from your exact laser-measured wall dimensions and your selected finishes. What you approve in the render is what gets built. We include revisions until you're completely happy with the design before we schedule installation.
What if my DIY kit panels don't fit my wall perfectly?
Our panels are pre-cut to standard dimensions designed to cover most residential wall configurations. The installation guide includes instructions for trimming panels at the edges using a standard saw. If you have questions about fit before ordering, contact us with your wall dimensions and we'll advise on the right configuration.
Is the custom install price higher than the DIY kit?
Yes — custom installation includes design, materials, labor, and project management by our licensed team, so the investment is higher than a DIY kit. The DIY kit price covers the panels and hardware only. Both paths use the same quality materials.
How long does shipping take for DIY kits?
Most DIY kit orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery time depends on your location — most continental US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I add a fireplace to my DIY kit?
Yes — electric fireplace inserts are available as an add-on to any DIY kit order. Visit our Fireplaces accessory page for compatible insert options. For custom installs, fireplace integration is included as part of your bespoke design.
